Stuffed Deboned Chickens

Deboned chickens with Grandma’s stuffings helped to create La Boucherie.  Young tender chickens are deboned by hand, then filled with one of our homemade stuffings.  The chickens are carefully stitched back together with butcher twine, then seasoned to perfection.

Deboned chickens with Grandma’s stuffings helped to create this delicious wonder.  Young tender chickens are deboned by hand, then filled with one of our homemade stuffings.  The chickens are carefully stitched back together with butcher twine, then seasoned to perfection.  Easy to bake and serve by cutting like a cake, it makes for an incredible presentation.  Our delicious stuffings:  Jalapeno Cornbread Dressing, Traditional Cornbread Dressing, Wild Rice Pecan, Crawfish Jambalaya, and Pork Boudin.

• Vacuum sealed for freshness
• Product Wt. 3 lbs. each
• Serves approximately 3-4 people per chicken
• Bake frozen or thawed.  Enjoy!

Cooking instructions:

Thawed: Preheat oven to 375° F. Remove from bag. Bake breast side up on a rack on a roasting pan, covered for 1 hour, 15 min. or until internal temperature reaches 165° F. Frozen: Preheat oven to 375° F. Remove from bag. Bake breast side up on a rack on a roasting pan, covered for 1 hour, 15 min. then uncovered for 45 min. or until internal temperature reaches 165° F.
